We live 100 miles away from Colorado Springs and were in town for the day when there was an unexpected problem with our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was 3:30pm when we called and were told to bring the car in. Michael Cope, Service Advisor, was very helpful and had our problem diagnosed within minutes. He then arranged for the repairs and said the service dept. would stay late if necessary to get us back on the road. The repairs were completed and the cost was less than his original estimate. We were extremely pleased with everything about this experience and would recommend Michael Cope and his team to anyone needing repair service in Colorado Springs! More
the rating on quality of work - when I got in my jeep to leave the battery was so low from doing the checks for error codes it would not start. They had to send out a tech to give me a jump start. Dave was very good at explaining the deal. The car was a towaway deal. Only wish I would have gotten a list of recommend issues that need to be dealt with. We were going to buy it no matter what. Kelli was very helpful in our car buying experience. She answered all the questions we asked. The day we purchased the car, we were on a very tight time schedule. She had everything ready and we were able answered all the questions we asked. The day we purchased the car, we were on a very tight time schedule. She had everything ready and we were able to leave 30 minutes early! The dealership was clean and every employee we encountered were very friendly. Finance was a breeze and Stephen was very friendly. After purchasing the car, the engine light came on. We returned the car the next day and the service department repaired the problem quickly. We will refer our friends and family to this dealership! Even though they seem to be very busy I never have a problem making a appointment (usually only a day in advance), So far my car's repairs are completed that same day reguardless of problem. Employees are friendly and explain all costs and repairs needed. They always inspect my car and top off fluids for free. I've even brought my car in, had it inspected/fluids topped off, and when no problem could be found I was charged nothing. Not even labor for the inspection. Great experience every time. More
This dealership is always busy. Calling ahead to make an appointment doesn't mean you'll be served on time. Go early and expect to wait up to 15 minutes before being seen. The first day we were at the dealership, we decided on a Jeep that was in another state. So it needed to be driven to Colorado Springs and have running boards and remote start put on it. The day I was supposed to pick up the Jeep, it wasn't ready when promised so I finally called and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I said I would be there to pick it up in 10 minutes. When I got there, the salesman was busy with someone else so I sat and waited. When I finally got the Jeep, I got about 10 minutes of directions on how to use it. I asked how to take the top off and put it back on and was told to watch the DVD. The DVD and users guide both say to refer to the owner's manual which I did not get. I asked the salesman to get me one. I was told it would be about 7 days before it came in. After 7 days, my husband called and was told it would be another 3 days so we still have no idea how some of the functions on the Jeep work. The before sale service was wonderful, the after sale service was terrible. We learned from this experience not to pay for a vehicle until we have everything we want and need in our possession. More

My wife and I were very impressed with the 2011's and were sold on them immediately. The selection at The Faricy Boys is huge to say the least. If you are looking for a new or used Jeep this is the place to go. The sales staff is very, very helpful and they do not pressure you. The Faricy Boys will give you the best price and interest rate available! They are all super friendly. We now have a brand new 2011 Silver Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon!! Thank you Faricy Boys! Everything was a really good experience from the initial phone call to Karen, to visiting with Michael in the service dept who listens to what you want done on the vehicle and then tries to accommodate that phone call to Karen, to visiting with Michael in the service dept who listens to what you want done on the vehicle and then tries to accommodate that request as best as possible. Everything done was carried out in a very courteous and professional manner. I'll be back for more work on my Jeep soon. Frank who took me back to my office was a joy to visit with.
