Excellent service on my jeep. Would have appreciated a courtesy car wash- but my jeep was in for warranty service only. I was at Faricy Boys today, and as I was waiting on my car I was also reflecting on how many times I've been there this year and what my experiences have been. While my old vehicles have been a handful in terms of repairs this year, I don't regret or begrudge a single dollar I've spent in your shop. I recall the time that Aaron walked me out to the shop and asked your technician to personally explain what was going on. That was going above and beyond expectations. Then there was the time that Michael spent a good part of the day on the phone trying to get his arms around a perplexing problem that none of us could understand and simply could not be fixed. I left that day not frustrated with our failure to make sense of the situation, but rather appreciative of the extra mile your team goes to so that I receive the best customer service that is possible. Both customer service and customer loyalty are rare creatures these days. Over the past few years your team has given me a deep level of trust and confidence, and it's hard to place a dollar value on that for either you as a dealer or me as a customer. I repay that excellent customer service with my loyalty. The ultimate compliment to your team is probably what I did today. My daughter asked last night if we could trade cars today because she said her car doesn't handle slippery roads very well. When we traded I realized that she was way over due for new tires and I decided that would be my Christmas present to her this year. There are a lot of places in town where I could buy tires and probably even a lot of specials being advertised. I definitely don't have the kind of money that allows me to spend more than is necessary, but I did not make even one call to a competitor to compare prices. I simply called Michael, asked what our tire options were that he could get delivered to the shop by mid-day, and by the end of the day my daughter's car is set up for the winter. I know that you already know what a special team you have in your service department. I just want to echo it from the customer's perspective. Not every car dealer's name comes to my mind with a positive image. Faricy Boys does. It's an honor to do business with your service team. More
My wife and I thought we would "drive by the Faricy Boys Jeep dealership to see if they had any of the new 2011 Overlands." Well, they did so we got out and asked if they had a red one. Eric came out and said he'd look on the web, found one, and about 2 hours later, we're sitting down with Jayson, finding him just as knowledgeable and personable as Eric. Another hour and we're walking out of the showroom as the newest owner of a brand-new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. It was the most pleasant car-buying experience that we've ever had. More

The service team took care of my problem immediately. It was determined the WCM on my 08 Jeep Srangler had malfunctioned and the team provided excellent service to get me back on the road again. At the same visit they checked for the latest recalls and found that I was indeed needing a recall as the issue was causing damage to my brake lines... great visit! More

We have been customers with Faricy since 1995 with 4 Jeep vehicles; although, this last vehicle visit did have its challenges. BUT, Faricy stood up to its customer reputation and between the sales and servi vehicles; although, this last vehicle visit did have its challenges. BUT, Faricy stood up to its customer reputation and between the sales and service folks along with the technicians, they resolved the problem and made sure that I was happy with the result.
