In fact Dave was very understanding when chose the cheaper vehicle and agreed with us that it actually was the better value vehicle for us (considering we really did not need the upgrades). Jayson worked with us on financing and was very professional and very friendly, he worked the numbers to get us the monthly payments we were looking for and even discussed options where we could pay off early with no penality Will be willing to work with both of these gentleman in the future. We recently visited The Faricy Boys because we were in the market to trade our vehicle. Dave Smith was prompt and courteous in helping us test drive two vehicles that closely met our criteria. Even though, this was only the second dealership we had visited for our intention to trade, after testing the second vehicle and taking our time to analyze our options we decided to do business with Dave Smith at the Faricy Boys. Dave answered all our questions and provided us with all the facts necessary for us to make a decision PLUS he was instrumental in reaching the trade terms we desired. But what added even more to his great service was the NO PRESSURE atmosphere he created. This allowed us to reach our decision feeling very much at peace and satisfied, knowing we had thought things out clearly. We are extremely pleased with our new vehicle and the trade terms and expect to continue receiving great service when we go back to them for maintenance service and any future vehicle needs. Excellent service on my jeep. Would have appreciated a courtesy car wash- but my jeep was in for warranty service only. I was at Faricy Boys today, and as I was waiting on my car I was also reflecting on how many times I've been there this year and what my experiences have been. While my old vehicles have been a handful in terms of repairs this year, I don't regret or begrudge a single dollar I've spent in your shop. I recall the time that Aaron walked me out to the shop and asked your technician to personally explain what was going on. That was going above and beyond expectations. Then there was the time that Michael spent a good part of the day on the phone trying to get his arms around a perplexing problem that none of us could understand and simply could not be fixed. I left that day not frustrated with our failure to make sense of the situation, but rather appreciative of the extra mile your team goes to so that I receive the best customer service that is possible. Both customer service and customer loyalty are rare creatures these days. Over the past few years your team has given me a deep level of trust and confidence, and it's hard to place a dollar value on that for either you as a dealer or me as a customer. I repay that excellent customer service with my loyalty. The ultimate compliment to your team is probably what I did today. My daughter asked last night if we could trade cars today because she said her car doesn't handle slippery roads very well. When we traded I realized that she was way over due for new tires and I decided that would be my Christmas present to her this year. There are a lot of places in town where I could buy tires and probably even a lot of specials being advertised. I definitely don't have the kind of money that allows me to spend more than is necessary, but I did not make even one call to a competitor to compare prices. I simply called Michael, asked what our tire options were that he could get delivered to the shop by mid-day, and by the end of the day my daughter's car is set up for the winter. I know that you already know what a special team you have in your service department. I just want to echo it from the customer's perspective. Not every car dealer's name comes to my mind with a positive image. Faricy Boys does. It's an honor to do business with your service team. More
