Suspension etc, one price, electrical another etc. And the diagnostic was presented as "we need to do it" before work could be done... oh, by the way if you don't get it all done within 30 days, "Faricy" will charge you again for the same diagnostics. Great way to make money, boys, but it does not encourage me to ever come in again. If you really want to be "the good old boys" then don't charge $100's of dollars to look under the hood and tell me I have a coolant leak when there is a pool of it on the ground and it takes 30 seconds to look up the price of a water pump or radiator. Tom and the whole Faricy staff were excellent people to work with. I told them my budget, what type of car I wanted and they worked HARD to find the car for me.
