He knew exactly which vehicle I was interested in and immediately got the keys to test drive it. He walked me through all the options and even another vehicle which my met some of my other concerns. I returned with my wife two hours later and we looked at both vehicles and test drove the Jeep again. Dave answered all of our questions in a friendly, courteous manner and we sat down to deal. I feel I got the best deal in town for my the jeep, having checked several other dealers. Three weeks later and many dirt mountain roads later I'm absolutely loving my new 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Our experience working with Ron Kanard to buy a new car was superior in every way. Ron was able to help Nancy choose between a two excellent vehicles, eventually selecting the Town & Country minivan that best suited her taste, comfort, and druthers. He was very knowledgeable about both the Jeep and the Crysler and able to answer any question we had. This was a most pleasurable shopping experience for my wife, son, and me. We'll be back! More

The Grand Cherokee was probably the only vehicle we could have been convinced to trade for. Our Tahoe was very valuable to us and was in great shape for a 2002. Graig Berhost worked extremely hard to make us feel comfortable with the deal and did a great job getting us a fair price for our Tahoe. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the Grand Cherokee and never gave us the impression that he didn't have all day to talk to us. I'm confident that if we'd wanted to, he'd have spent the whole day with us...probably a whole week! Our vehicle buying history says it will probably be a while before we trade again, but when we do, we'll be calling Craig Berhost at the Faricy Boys. We got a great vehicle from a great salesman. Thanks Craig! More
Wow, where do I start. I have had really bad luck with the service department. I took my vehicle to the dealership on a Saturday at or around 7:30. This was for a warranty problem. I was told that the the service department. I took my vehicle to the dealership on a Saturday at or around 7:30. This was for a warranty problem. I was told that the vehicle would be looked at and I would receive a call reference the status by midday. Midday came and I left several messages trying to get a status with my vehicle. It was not until I called and told the dispatcher that I have left several messages that I was patched trough to my service representative. He stated that the technician noted a problem and he would not get to it until Monday. No problem. I live near the dealership so I decided to drive by on Sunday and note the location of my vehicle. I received NO CALL all day Monday. So I started leaving messages around 3:00 in the afternoon. I finally got patched through around 5:00. My service representative was very short with me and stated the vehicle diagnostics said there was a problem and they were on it. So I drove by the dealership around 6:00 Monday evening. The vehicle was in the exact same spot as Sunday. I felt/feel like I was getting the run around. I received a call in the AM on Tuesday. The service rep said my problem was some lose fittings that were causing fluid loss (Funny, I park my vehicle in the garage every night and have never had and signs of fluid loss). He recommended I get a specific service that was going to cost around $200.00. I was also charged my warranty deductable ($100) so the technicians could tighten my fittings that were causing fluid loss. More
Our sales person was very friendly and helpful. What was missing was any semblance of pressure in selecting our vehicle--this was most appreciated. A followup phone call after the sale, I found, was not on missing was any semblance of pressure in selecting our vehicle--this was most appreciated. A followup phone call after the sale, I found, was not only unique but a terrific way to address any after sales questions and to remain connected to the dealership. the discussion area in the dealership was very comfortable. Jason in finance was also very helpful and a great guy being a UNC fan. My overall experience was very positive. I would recommend my salesman and this dealership to anyone looking for a excellent deal in a vehicle. More

March 15, 2011, I researched price on the web and had numerous dealers call me throughout Colorado. Dave Smith called me and I informed him what my wife wanted to include the fact we had great credit scores. Approx 45 min later he called me back with possible price plus possible loan rates. I informed him I had a couple more calls to receive from dealers but that I would get back with him to let him know if we wanted the jeep. Dave informed me he would have to get the vehicle shipped from Denver so I promised to give him an answer by the end of the day. I received numerous bids from other dealers and I called Dave to let him know my wife and I had secured a loan through our bank for 2.49% and offered a cash bid to Dave. He didn’t believe management would accept the bid but he called me back a short time later to inform me if I added an extra $109.21 the car was ours. I said deal-as I knew I was getting a good deal and we bought the jeep Saturday, 19 March. I did get similar deals from Denver but having researched the price on line and the excellent assistance from Dave decided on Faricy Boys. I was also familiar with Faricy Boys as I service my vehicle with you and have always been impressed with the professionalism within the service department. I would like to thank Dave personally for making my wife happy with her “Mango Tango” Jeep. I would also like to let Faricy Boys know-Dave Smith is a credit to your dealership and his professionalism and attentiveness made buying the Jeep seamless and believe it or not an enjoyable experience. a very happy buyer Sincerely, Ian D. First of all, I must say I have preferred Toyota for some time. I have had four 4Runners (1986,1990,1996,2003) and have always enjoyed their vehicles. I drove a 2011 4Runner and was not as impressed. I looke time. I have had four 4Runners (1986,1990,1996,2003) and have always enjoyed their vehicles. I drove a 2011 4Runner and was not as impressed. I looked at a Lexus GX460 that I liked, but was outside my budget – especially if I added the technology. I saw the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Outlander at another dealer and was very impressed with the appearance, quality, features, technology and price. The Internet research I did convinced me the Jeep was a ground-up redesign with rave reviews. However, that dealer was not willing to negotiate much and used the old “turnover to a manager” style of sales – way too greasy for me. I called The Faricy Boys and worked with Tom Dominguez. It was immediately apparent he was willing to work with me. When I arrived at the dealership, Tom met me as I drove in. I met Ryan Fremont and I was impressed with him as well. I initially wanted an Outlander with a V8. They showed me an Outlander Summit that had all the features I wanted, but it was a V6. They found the same vehicle with a V8 in Denver and were willing to have it brought to the dealership the next day. They offered a price that was more than $2K less than the first dealer. The GX460 was easily one and a half times the price of Outlander Summit and did not have all the features! Tom offered the V6 Outlander Summit to take home overnight and until the V8 could be obtained from Denver. I drove it home and was impressed with the power of the V6. The Toyota V6 sounded like it was internally hemorrhaging when I got into it. The Outlander V6 was smooth, quiet, and responsive. The overall handling was very amazing. My wife loved it. I called Tom on his cell and told him hold up on the V8. I wanted to drive the V6 a bit longer and in the morning I wanted to test-drive a V8 again. My wife and I did just that, and while the V8 was more powerful, we decided the V6 was powerful enough for our needs and preferred the better mileage. We bought the V6 Outlander Summit along with a lifetime warranty. Sorry for the book here, but I really appreciated Tom’s patience and willingness to ensure I found the right vehicle. The whole process of purchasing the vehicle was without the stress that was my past experience. I received nothing but great customer service, pricing, and personal interaction that made the process pleasant. Thank you, John Brandon More
It was very refreshing to simply browse and have questions answered without immediately being asked for my driver’s license! I so wish I was joking about that too. Dave is simply top-notch when it questions answered without immediately being asked for my driver’s license! I so wish I was joking about that too. Dave is simply top-notch when it comes to sales. My husband and I have bought at least 6 new vehicles over the past 10 years and have never walked away feeling as well treated and respected as we did buying our latest vehicle from Faricy Boys. Even the following day, when I came in to pick the vehicle up, Dave I think was more excited for me then even I was! LOL! I told him I will not buy another vehicle in the future that is not sold by him. The finance guy was knowledgeable, just as friendly and just left my husband and I feeling like another trusting relationship has been established. I had been bringing my Durango to Faricy Boys for oil changes, detailing and maintenance over the past 4 years and have built wonderful relationships and, even what I would consider friendships, with both Michael and Erin! Just a bunch of stand-up people…all around. Look forward to doing business with you guys for a very long time. Sincerely, Krista L. Martinez More
