My wife and I were in the market for a new Jeep. The Faricy Team was spectacular. Our Salesman: Tom Dominguez is a fantastic guy! I was in the market to buy another Jeep (there are already 2 in my family). I was met in the parking lot by a friendly saleswoman who offered assistance if I needed. When I mentioned a specific Compass I had seen on-line, Kerri Hill knew immediately which vehicle I was talking about and exactly where it was located. Kerri was very knowledgeable, outgoing, and professional. There were no high pressure tactics and I did not feel like anyone was breathing down my neck to buy buy buy! I looked at several other vehicles and Kerri gave me her business card if I had any further questions. Several days later, I called and said I was coming in for a test drive and to talk seriously about the Compass. Something happened on the way into the building from the parking lot....I happened to see a pre-owned Toyota Camry. Ultimately, the Camry met my needs and I purchased a wonderful car and an incredible price. Steve Bartlett handled the financing end and was equally knowledgeable and professional.
