Overall I had a good experience at Faircy. I wish they had the new 2012 book when I ordered my Jeep. My only regret is that I wish I wouldn't have agrred to the extended warranty service; I felf I was rus had the new 2012 book when I ordered my Jeep. The purchase of the car began on a positive note however Josh's professionalism and how he spoke to us were more than displeasing.
