The honesty was outstanding I shopped around, and spoke with many dealerships prior to making my purchase. I knew exactly what I wanted after months of research. I didn't feel the high pressure sales tactics at Faricy. I discussed my wants through email with a couple internet specialist (Shelby and Shannon) for a few days before I came into the dealership. I wasn't swarmed with salesmen when I pulled into the parking lot, which was very comforting. Robert took the time to just sit down with my wife and I so he could get an understanding of what exactly I was looking for. He discussed in great detail the process of ordering a Jeep to my specifications. He also went and researched the inbound vehicles to see if any of them matched what I was looking for. He found an exact match that was already inbound. The deal was very smooth with no pressure on making the sale right then and there. I feel he truly worked hard for me to close the deal, which in turn exceeded my expectations of a salesmen at a dealership. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone looking to purchase a new Jeep his honesty and dedication to the customer was absolutely phenomenal. More

I was given the chance to leave some feedback about that visit so I let them know exactly how angry I was after my experience. Within a matter of minutes, I received a call from Mr. Steve Kane, the service department manager. We spoke for about 20 minutes and it has been lovely ever since. He makes the service department the smooth running machine it is. Thanks Steve!!! More

Went back to work with Dave Smith, handed him my trade car list of options and what KBB gave me as estimated trade value, and after they tested my car ( only took about 15 mins ), Dave presented us with a straightforward offer that we accepted on the spot. As I was writing a check for the difference, the deal was over and done shortly thereafter. Just ask for Dave Smith if you want a fair deal. More
It was very easy. We have a good experience! Our only negative thing to say about our experience, is that we were not told up front that they are now a "no-haggle" dealership. When you walk in to a dealership, you automatically expect to be able to negotiate. We spent our time looking at the vehicle, test-driving, and even keeping the vehicle overnight to see if we really liked it. When it came down to talking numbers, we were told the price was firm. I think that should have been explained beforehand. Apparently, they are going towards more of a Car-Max type dealership, and we did not know that at the time. We have a wonderful salesman however. It was the manager that didn't share that information with us until later. More
