Then he left us alone completely while we spent over an hour walking the lot and doing our research. When we were ready to get more information on the two vehicles of special interest to us, we found Tom and he directed us to the lobby where he met us very shortly after. While he was putting together numbers, we had time to rehydrate, relax and talk over what we had just seen in the lot. Tom was very easy going, knowledgeable and efficient in going over the Purchase Details sheets on both vehicles. After making our decision, we were out of there in about an hour, which was pretty fast considering how busy everyone was in the showroom with customers. More

Painless! Buying a vehicle from The Faricy Boys was a smooth process. They were very helpful in finding the perfect vehicle for me! I gave them some of my wants and they sent me a couple vehicles that matched what I wanted. I then asked questions and they quickly got back to me with my answers. Knowing I was out of town, they made sure to have the vehicles ready for me when I got there. I didn't have to wait to test-drive the vehicles that I choose. I was very happy that they gave me what I felt was a fair amount for my trade-in and they asked a fair price for the vehicle they were selling. I really liked that I never once felt pressured to buy a vehicle. Knowing that I lived out of town, they made sure that everything was taken care of before we left and also understood that some of the extra's that many people might want to purchase were not practical for us being so far away. An out of state buyer that Daisy the internet manager could have easily ignored. The car I was looking at was not a high dollar car, but that did not matter to Daisy. She kept in touch and kept me informed as to the price changes on the vehicle. When the price got to the point that I was really interested, Faricy delivered the car to my requested pre purchase shop and picked the car back up when the inspection was done. Their non negotiated one price included all fees except state tax. After Daisy passed me to Kerri (a Saleswoman), the same attention to service and detail was present in the followup with the purchase and signature pages that were overnighted to me and then overnighted back to Faricy in their own envelope.
