Over the following days, we exchanged emails seven or eight times: She was noticeably thorough and thoughtful Our floor salesman,Tom Dominguez, is very experienced and presented detailed differences among three models that we did not "divine" from the Jeep website. That information made our decision easy. It seemed clear that Tom and Daisy combined efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. We didn't feel the need to "dicker"for price, Daisy had written out each discount available to us and presented the final cost for our review early in the process. Finally, Tom took time early in our time together to give detailed demonstrations of the wizardry inherent to the rather complex UConnect system, minimizing the time needed at the dealership after we completed purchase. We were on the road in our new Jeep with a minimum of any hassle we might have expected. More

I went by on a Sunday, saw the car and went back on Monday to test drive i I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Faricy Boys. I went by on a Sunday, saw the car and went back on Monday to test drive it. I had been to several other dealerships in town and dealt with some typical “car salesmen”, with their upselling banter, delving into finances and high pressure. I was ready to read the riot act to the salesman I would meet at Faricy that I would not stand for being treated that way. Dave Smith greeted me, and I told him I was interested in one of two cars and wanted to test drive to compare. He got me keys to the cars, explained a little about each and let me go on my way. I decided which I liked and said I would be back. I was not ready to make a decision. Dave did not pressure me and did not push back when I said I already had my financing in place. I came back two days later, signed the paperwork and left with my car. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was good experience and I would recommend them. More

My car was not fixed I brought my car for an oil change they had the car five days. When i picked the car up the bill was mych higher than quoted. I called to ket them know the problem was still persistibg even after their recommended fix and NO one returned my call. I contacted the service manager and no call. I WILL NOT bring my jeep here again. Ill drive 40 miles out of my way to another dealer. The customer is definately not a priority. More

They don't have much to select from. The buyer at the dealer ship must not know what they are doing. Avoid this place and save yourself sometime. Scott the sales rep was great. Craig was awful More
