I bought my Jeep there about 3 years ago and it was a simple, easy, respectful process! When the time came to look into getting a Jeep for my husband, Faricy is the first and only dealership that we went to. We worked with both Jack and Jim in Sales. Jim was the same salesman that I worked with to get my Jeep in 2015 - nice to see a familiar face again. We had a specific set of requests as far as what we were looking for, and they went above and beyond to help us get into the Jeep that we wanted. The general sales manager, Steve, was also a joy to work with - very personable and honest. I believe the finance officer's name is Jamie, and he was pleasant, friendly, and helpful throughout. Faricy is always going to be the first place I go when I'm looking for a vehicle, as I greatly appreciate the treatment and assistance that I receive every time I'm there! More

Everyone at The Faricy Boys that we dealt with was amazing! NO pressure for us to buy. After we test drove 4 trucks, we were undecided as to which one was the best fit for us. The salesman Brandon W. was very patient, very friendly and NEVER pressured us that we HAD to buy one. We left that Saturday without a truck, but returned on Monday to pick one up. We had called to let them know the one we were going to buy and they had the truck detailed and ready to go. All we had to do was the paperwork and that surprisingly was fast as well (45 minutes). Then before we left, Brandon took time to sync my husbands phone to the car and explained a lot of things before we left. I will definitely be returning to The Faricy Boys dealership in the future and I recommend you do as well. More

Below Average Made an appointment to have the oil changed and a recall issue taken care of. When I got to the dealership service department, it had the wrong appoin Made an appointment to have the oil changed and a recall issue taken care of. When I got to the dealership service department, it had the wrong appointment day and time on their computer. As a result only the oil change could be done. I could not get the recall work done as I would have to leave the car there, but because the shuttle runs only every other hour, I did not want to wait 1 hour and 35 minutes for the next shuttle run to take me home. The tires were suppose to be rotated and the fluids checked as well. However, looking at the coolant reservoir, the coolant level appears to be just below minimum, so I'm not sure that work actually got done, otherwise the coolant level would be higher. More
