I just left fairicy service, dealing with David they did work on my Ford f150 platinum truck. I was there for a front wheel 2/4 wheel drive issue Upon leaving, my wheels were way out of balance, like ridin work on my Ford f150 platinum truck. I was there for a front wheel 2/4 wheel drive issue Upon leaving, my wheels were way out of balance, like riding in covered wagon Not an issue, other than me asking David several times on what issues I might experience after the work done. He said none. I called him after driving and he, David acted like it was my fault in fact, he stated that “he wasn’t going to take the blame, as I could have hit a curb, ... David said this with a presentation of low energy and a non-chalant attitude He blanes me for the new issue I was experiencing. All I needed to know prior to leaving the dealership what other issues the truck might experience. If he would have even suggested that the wheels might be out of balance, I would have paid for them to balance them prior to returning the truck His non-caring attitude and accusation that I caused this new issue with the truck made me more and more upset the more I spoke to him If you go to service , I suggest talking with anyone else than this David guy The mechanic did a good job but the service rep is a poor representative of the company More
