The dealership is nice and generally has a decent selection and great pricing. I agreed to give them a shot since the first dealership did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock and Faricy did. Steve called again and said the specific vehicle I thought they had in stock did not have the Select Terrain (very important to me) but to come down any way as he was sure they had something that would fit. I agreed to come down if Steve could have the financing papers as complete as possible. I drove to Co. Springs (about 1.5 hours) from home and when I arrived Jack told me they did not have anything in stock that I wanted but they could order it from another dealer. Sounded good enough, but a waste of time to drive down for that. Steve also did not have any paperwork done and we waited 2 hours for him to do it. As we were ready to leave Jack said he saw no problem having the Jeep ready for us by 12:30 the next day. The next day arrived with more disappointment. The Jeep would not be ready at 12:30, so Jack was going to deliver it to my office (even on his day off). An hour before I was to leave my office I called to see where the Jeep was and it still was not ready and could not be delivered until the next day. I had to drive back to Co. Springs to take delivery. In the end I called Ben Faricy and he was apologetic and sincere and he did make concessions to make it right. Overall I was pretty disappointed with the process but I must say that the entire staff remained professional throughout it all even when I was starting to lose my patience. More

Quick and easy process. Looked at vehicle with Mr Reak 3 days prior and decided the truck was a good buy.
