Lieso and Dishonesty Crooks. Bought a car 3 days ago. used, no as is sticker on the car, was told clean title, was told 1995 for the cost, was told no leaks no issues with Crooks. Show up, got a oh we need to take the car to the mechanic the engine light "just" popped up.. The sales man who changed his names a few times.. Juan... Juan nicholas, nicholas.... said he wants to make sure the car is good before selling as its his image... blah blah... if anythings wrong call me we will see what we can do. All lies. I just had a newborn.. before spending 40 min to drive to the dealership I told him I don't want a xxxx vehicle.. we have 3 kids that need a running safe vehicle. "Oh its a great vehicle just needs some detailing" he says. We drive down and are there for 3 hours on top of it with looking, and finalizing everything.. Once the car came back from the "mechanic", they said it was a water pump for the Engine light turning on and said it it's going bad to change it before 3k miles. we decided to go with it being that was the only issue.. NO that was not the only issue (unfortunately to late because everything was done with papers, we had to find out this an hour later) My other half was reviewing everything and concerned with the sound it was making but it wasn't to loud on the test run. being it was possible Being a water pump and time crunched as he was on lunch break he did basic looking (engine, looked for leaks, etc.) nothing was visually wrong with the vehicle. now leaving, the break light was out and they had no bulb apparently. So we get home, come to find out the code has a Vin number doesn't match the vehicle error message, fuel communication error message, multiple battery low and and high issues... nothing about a waterpump. The milage on the car was 3k more than what they told me, also found out they charged me 200 more than it was supposed to be prior to taxes. We didn't get the signed papers till 2 days later through fax.Of course all the quick responses made prior to sale stopped once we took the car and had issues within a hour. not only that, the 4 wheel drive stick was broken, we found the rebuild sticker crumbled up in the middle compartment when it was supposed to be a clean title.. Bad business. They got me with having kids there took advantage and nothing but lies. Really sad you have people who are wiling to make money from someone versus actually doing good things for people, the right thing, and being honest. I would of recommended and praised this company if they were good. My business will forever be elsewhere, I will never send them people and will tell everyone my personal experience with this company. They deserve to be shut down for doing this to people. My own fault for not being more detailed than I was and should of walked away when they said check engine light just popped on. Live and learn. Beware and do not get a car from these guys. More

STAY AWAY! WHEN I TOLD THEM THE CAR HAD PROBLEMS THEY IGNORED ME COMPLETLY AND ACTED AS IF NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. CARLOS ALSO TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE 100K WHEN I TOLD THEM THE CAR HAD PROBLEMS THEY IGNORED ME COMPLETLY AND ACTED AS IF NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. CARLOS ALSO TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE 100K MILE WARRANTY AND WHEN I WENT TO GET SERVICE ON MY CAR NONE OF IT CARRIED OVER FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER. THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITH NO AIRBAGS AND WHEN I QUESTIONED THEM THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO TELL ME THAT. IF YOU BUY A CAR HERE YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO REFINANCE OR TRADE THE CAR IN. WORST POSSIBLE DEALERSHIP IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. THEY'RE SUPER SHADY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME NOTHING BUT CROOKS WORK THERE. More

They did the impossible for us!!! So last year my husband and I lost our daughter and sold our car in order to pay for her funeral. Basically we were in the down dirt. We lost everything. So my husband drives into The Connection Motor dealer expecting no to get nothing because we had no money nor did we have good credit. But thanks God, they were patient.
