This place is not to be trusted! My daughter bought a car there in November 22' and here we are in mid February 23' and are told they don't have the title!! In one word, DON'T! ! Do not buy a car from this location or the one in Bloomingdale. I made the mistake of buying a Cadillac from here and after 2 days the engine star ! Do not buy a car from this location or the one in Bloomingdale. I made the mistake of buying a Cadillac from here and after 2 days the engine started sputtering and check engine light came on. I brought it back and they said they would fix it. They had the car for a full month, no exaggeration, and after 2 days the engine is sputtering and check engine light is back on. I bring it back and after another week I get it back and you guessed it, 2 days later the engine is sputtering and the check engine light is on. I bring it back and without even checking it out the "mechanic" says he doesn't know how to fix it. Doesn't that fill you with confidence when a mechanic tells you that he doesn't know how to fix a car?! At the time of the purchase they told me they would swap out the car if they couldn't fix it. When it came time for that they didn't honor it, it wasn't in writing, that was my fault but they are not honorable. That should tell you all you need to know. The cars that they have at the Car House were either in severe accidents and totaled by the insurance company or were set for disposal. If you do choose to go to the Car House demand that you be able to take it to your mechanic to check it out. If they refuse walk off the lot because they just told you all you need to know about the car, they don't want a reputable mechanic to tell everything that is wrong with the car. Learn from my mistake, do not go to the Car House. Run away as fast as you can. More

I paid cash for my car I had the car one day I light came on on the dashboard the car can’t pass emissions I took it back they were supposed to call me today at 3:30 is now 420 I tried to reach them someone on on the dashboard the car can’t pass emissions I took it back they were supposed to call me today at 3:30 is now 420 I tried to reach them someone answered the phone I asked to speak to the manager SaeedThey hung the phone up and he hasn’t got back to me I spoke to my salesman Sandro he said he would get him on the phone still no return call I took the car to Infiniti of Manhasset to find out what was wrong with the car the car needed two cattleya converter‘s add a bunch of other pots the Dallas at the pots was 3224.00 so now I have to spend another that in parts and 1300 in labor on top of the 16,000 I already paid in full for the car if they refuse to do the repairs I ask the manager Saeed to switch places with me I’m him and he’s me how was he feel if it was him going through this he intern said no I wouldn’t feel good about it at all but I haven’t heard from anyone yet so I don’t really know what’s going on I’ve called they answered the phone and hung up on me when I tried to call back they would not answer the phone so I really don’t know what’s going on right now but I’m really not feeling good about this what time is as hot as they are and it’s hot is that worth to raise the money to make this car purchase and makes me feel really sad That people would play with peoples lives like this this is probably one of the worst deals I’ve ever dealt with but we’ll see because I’m still waiting to find out what’s going on with my car and what they’re going to do about it More
