Oil change I originally came in for what I thought was a scheduled oil change based on the sticker fixed to the window above the driver side visor. Because it wa I originally came in for what I thought was a scheduled oil change based on the sticker fixed to the window above the driver side visor. Because it was a lease i want to be diligent about the required maintenance. Turned out the oil change was not necessary according to the lease but i was not made aware at drop off. when I explained the situation to Robert Fellows he educated me on the required maintenance intervals and graciously removed the charge for the oil change. Much appreciated. The only thing I would like to request is a curtesy loner vehicle le for oil changes. Maybe not for the whole day but at least four hours as I rearranged my schedule to meet with a client in the area and it would have been nice to have had transportation. More

Dead Battery Help I had a battery issue and had to have my car jumped after work on Friday. I called Robert and asked if I could bring my car in on Saturday to check th I had a battery issue and had to have my car jumped after work on Friday. I called Robert and asked if I could bring my car in on Saturday to check the life of the battery. He said yes, of course. I thought more about it and was afraid my car wouldn't start on Saturday morning and called him back again to ask if I could bring it over at that time. He said yes, of course! It is always a pleasure talking with the service team, but Robert ROCKS! While the price is high for a new battery, I didn't want to mark less than 5 stars! Price should really get a one :( More
