Outstanding service!!! Felicia did a outstanding job. She greeted us and ask about our appointment and we went over everything with her. We got a loner car and checked back with her to see if the service would be completed Monday so we would not have to drive back from the South Loop tomorrow. She called us back and said everything was done except we would have to bring the car back in to get a small dent buffed out because they applied the auto guard and could not buff out the dent after the application. She said it would cost us $75 and she would put that price in for whenever we returned. Great job Felicia!!! More

Our day at Autobarn Went to Autobarn planning on picking up a loaner while our 2015 was receiving minor repairs. Instead we drove out in a 2017 Subaru Outback. Our salesman Dave Percudani suggested we look at the new Outback's and was very accommodating in showing us all the vehicles that met our personal requirements. We were pleased with the upgrades to the new Outback. The vehicle is quiet, seats more comfortable and a better sound system. We were Dave Percudani's first customer in 2015 and he has never forgotten us. Whenever we had our vehicle serviced Dave would always greet us by name and ask if we had any issues he could help us with. He is very knowledgeable about the Subaru's. More

Excellent Customer Service I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service I received at my last (unplanned) visit. Since my car is new (under 3,000 miles), I was I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service I received at my last (unplanned) visit. Since my car is new (under 3,000 miles), I was not familiar with an icon that suddenly appeared on my dashboard. I thought it might indicate a problem with a tire so I pulled over to check and everything looked fine. Since the icon did not go away, I thought it best to drive directly to my Subaru dealer to have them check it out. Sure enough......it was low tire pressure in one of my tires due to a nail. The service department was busy but was able to fit me in and fix the problem immediately. I was really surprised with the quick attention I received and the professionalism of the people I dealt with and best of all.....there was no charge! More

The paperwork was brought to me in the waiting area and the tech went over it with me an offered suggestions. My car was quickly serviced, washed and returned to me. Everyone was courteous and professional and I beat the rain home. More
