I had an awful experience with a dealer in the city-I had to use them due to their proximity to where I work and they were condescending and rude AND did not fix the problem, Joseph was friendly from the moment I walked in, communicated clearly all my options and really to all the stress out of the circumstances. I felt like I was genuinely cared for the whole time I was at the dealership, At one point, Scott came by and said Hello and asked how things were going in general. He did not need to do that, but again, it made me feel like a valued customer. I bought my car almost three years ago and I can sincerely say I have always had wonderful, quality service from this dealership. Thanks to Joseph and Scott and to Francisco who was the tech servicing my car! I will need new tires soon and I WILL be sure to bring my business to you! Thank you!! More
