Oil change service and noise diesel sound problem. The oil change service was very good and included changing left head light bulb. I was not satisfied with the answer about diesel noise, "service inv The oil change service was very good and included changing left head light bulb. I was not satisfied with the answer about diesel noise, "service invoice stated it is exhaust noise". I returned five days day later to review diesel noise with service manger Tom Fennewaid. Tom check the car and heard the noise. He did not have a resolution, however he stated he research the noise and call me to up date how the car can be serviced to eliminate diesel noise. More

Thoughtful service advisor I took my car in to be serviced. The gentleman that waited on me was so kind . Super friendly I was immediately welcomed and had the full attention of a service person. I was lead to the Waiting area were I was offered coffee. This was my first time taking my car in for any service( this is more of my husband lane) so I wasn't sure how long it would take. I had an appointment so I thought I'd b in and out pretty quickly. I wasn't It took an hour and a half for an oil change. But I appreciated that I was given an approximate time when I check in and it was pretty accurate.so there was no surprises. I also like that pretty soon after I had checked in i recieved a text from when with a contact Person and nunber just in case I needed anything while I waited. Two thumbs up for their team. More

Regular service I've found Autobarn Countryside to be a fair minded and low pressure car repair shop. I bought my Subaru from them in 2012 and they've serviced the car exclusively since then. They've never showed disinterest in the car as it has gotten older like a lot of dealerships do, who try selling you more repairs then you need. I'll probably buy another Subaru from them soon and will continue the relationship. More
