I had to wait an hour and a half for a jump with a small child in the car and was advised to have the battery chd at Subaru. Sam at Countryside listened and had me come in to have it ckd. I had to get a new battery. Sam was professional knowledgeable and caring. Great employee. Subaru what is going on with you. This is my 3rd Forestersnd the GPS IS CRAP and the AC has gone out. More
