Horrible dealership and service I left my car at this dealership on Friday 10/26/18 for suspension work. I was told that I would have my car guaranteed on Thursday 11/1/2018. My car I left my car at this dealership on Friday 10/26/18 for suspension work. I was told that I would have my car guaranteed on Thursday 11/1/2018. My car was at this dealership for a week for a quoted eight hour repair. I was never informed of my vehicles progress at all as I had to initiate conversation with service. Service blew me off and never responded but one time to me. I initiated conversation with the mechanic who was working on my car and he told me on Thursday 11/1/2018 that he "never started working on my car and that he was busy". This is possibly the worst thing to say to a customer and really shows the lack of care of customers. I will never come this dealership and would never recommend it to anyone looking for a good experience. More
