Last week my driver passenger power window stopped working and the next morning, the car would not start at all. I got a jump from the Subaru Roadside Assistance and headed over to the Countryside Subaru dealership. I am not a big fan of dealerships but over several years, I have learned to trust Sam Schwager and his judgement. He is always honest, sincere, and professional. I ask for him first now when I walk in. On a busy Friday morning before a Holiday weekend, he was able to get a new battery installed in a very reasonable time and even squeezed in a recall issue fix I had not had time to schedule. I am a nurse who works out of my car and I love my Subaru Crosstrek and need to keep it up-to-date with maintenance. Knowing Sam is there and that I can trust him makes a big difference to me and to my patients who depend on me to visit them. Thank you Sam and his team! More
