Fixing my problem I was having difficulty getting my key out of the ignition after turning off the engine...it often took several attempts to get the key out. The dealer where I purchased the Crosstrek merely said push hard when you go into Park. Service reps at Autobarn Countryside immediately said they would order a part to correct the situation. They do so, installed the part and now everything is working fine Moral of the story: Not all Subaru service departments are alike. Autobarn is one of the good ones. More

Amazing I came in with check engine light AFTER my lunch hour was over. Sal checked me in, diagnosed the probable problem, got me in a loaner all under 20 min I came in with check engine light AFTER my lunch hour was over. Glad to have found a new home for my GTI.. This was the first time I visited this Autobarn location since my original dealer closed their doors. I have to say I was impressed across the board. This was the first time I visited this Autobarn location since my original dealer closed their doors. I have to say I was impressed across the board. I was greeted immediately by Jonathan Smith before I even got into the service area! The lounge is huge and comfortable, there's snacks, coffee and water. Even iPad devices for surfing the web. They go through all of the services with you, make sure you understand pricing and timing and even provide a shuttle or a loaner car if you need one. Plus they have lots of VW enthusiasts on staff, so it makes it even more of an inviting environment. I look forward to the next visit, and I know my car is in great hands! More

Another wonderful experience! I had a problem with my car starting and once it was running I drove straight to the dealership and though they were busy, they let me know they would I had a problem with my car starting and once it was running I drove straight to the dealership and though they were busy, they let me know they would look at the car as soon as they could and gave me an honest assessment of how long the wait might be. Everyone was friendly and courteous and before I knew it I had a new battery and was on my way to work!
