Another wonderful experience! I had a problem with my car starting and once it was running I drove straight to the dealership and though they were busy, they let me know they would I had a problem with my car starting and once it was running I drove straight to the dealership and though they were busy, they let me know they would look at the car as soon as they could and gave me an honest assessment of how long the wait might be. Everyone was friendly and courteous and before I knew it I had a new battery and was on my way to work! Sal kept me informed about the status of the repair and made sure I was comfortable with the outcome. Sal is always professional and friendly. Everyone I encounter, on every visit, are friendly and helpful. =:) More

Never know what will you get Last visit was good. Seems like it depends on who you dealing with. It might be ripe if the service that you need. Every time I had just regular oil change and/or recall service is good. That’s not the case if I try to fix something that should be covered by extended warranty purchased at same Countryside location. Service people give conflicting answers, for example they told me to call warranty company to check what is covered, or telling me that something is not covered just to tel me a half hour later (after service was done) that the same thing might be covered IF????? I was also told that “Salas people tell you everything is covered just to get you purchase warranty “, how would anyone recommend that location??? More
