Got me in and out in a timely manner My battery had totally discharged while on a two week vacation. After a jump from roadside assistance the night before I drove to the service departm My battery had totally discharged while on a two week vacation. After a jump from roadside assistance the night before I drove to the service department. They had a look at the status of the battery and alternator (all good). Also installed a software update dealing with the alternator. Communication was great and I was out in about an hour and a half. All covered by my warranty. More
