My wife and I have purchased six new Volkswagens from this dealership over the years. From sales to service, we have enjoyed top quality. I waited at my front door for approximately one hour before the valley arrived. when I arrived at the dealership, they apologized and said they rerouted the valet. I was frustrated waiting so long at my front door. It would have been nice to have been given a call to advise me there would be a delay in my pick up by the valet. More

Once again Sam took excellent care of me and this week the shop seemed even better. I’m sure it’s because Emily was there.
