Oil Change I came in for an oil change that I had just scheduled same day. Got in and out really fast!. Prev dealer would have been 2-3 day to get in. The only disturbing aspect of our purchase experience was when we were asked by the finance officer to consider taking out a 4 year loan rather than the 3 year loan that we had requested. Given that such loans require that the interest be paid off before the principle is paid off, this suggestion provided us with our only negative impression during our dealings with AutoBarn. We told him the story and implied that we were in no rush nor did we think we were in the right mindset to purchase anything. Alex showed us a few cars on the computer and I fell in love. We went on a test drive and I knew I wanted that to be our car. Alex continuously checked in to make sure we felt at ease while paying close attention to the fact we’d had a tough week. He stayed way past his time to make sure all our questions were answered! He got us a great deal and I walked out with a great new car!
