The person who helped me sign all the paperwork was friendly and efficient. When it came time to take possession, the salesman was very accomodating in helping me deal with returning my rental car. I couldn't have asked for anyone to be more helpful. He called me a few days after I had the car to make sure that I was happy and to let me know I could call him at any time if I had any questions about my new Jetta. Autobard of Countryside did Good service on my Tiguan. During the servicing of my car, the tech. found a problem with the steering that made the car hard to keep in a straight line. Last week my driver passenger power window stopped working and the next morning, the car would not start at all. I got a jump from the Subaru Roadside Assistance and headed over to the Countryside Subaru dealership. I am not a big fan of dealerships but over several years, I have learned to trust Sam Schwager and his judgement. He is always honest, sincere, and professional. I ask for him first now when I walk in. On a busy Friday morning before a Holiday weekend, he was able to get a new battery installed in a very reasonable time and even squeezed in a recall issue fix I had not had time to schedule. I am a nurse who works out of my car and I love my Subaru Crosstrek and need to keep it up-to-date with maintenance. Knowing Sam is there and that I can trust him makes a big difference to me and to my patients who depend on me to visit them. Thank you Sam and his team! More
