Under stricter restrictions w/r to load ratings, the Michelin tires which would previously have been installed on the vehicle may not be. Your staff found a tire to do the job at an excellent price and installed them in one day. It is the best choice that was available. The ride, though, is not what would have been given by the Michelin tires. It is softer, and less stable, but that is not something you control. A written statement of the warranty terms for the tires is not provided. It should be. I am expected to trust that the verbal explanation of the warranty is correct, that I will remember the terms, and that the will be honored should I have need to use the warranty. More
