That is the worst ever car buying experince I had. First, though I loved the car (passat), the sales people were over aggressive and snoppy. But I got with it and bought the car. only to realize that they have changed the original VW tires/wheel with elder models. (wheels are different than shown in photos / ads). since the sale was done, they rejected to cooperate. Fine. Then, after two full months, they did not mind to send my paperwork -a must by state- even though I fully paid the car. countless phone calls, if you are lucky to be connected. I filed a complain with VW customer service and only after than they handled it. very poor dealer. strongly Not Recommended. More
