It took a few visits and a bit of research to find everything I wanted, but they were wonderful in finding me the car for the price I needed. Damien my sales rep, Richard the general manager and several other helpfull sales staff (cant remember their names)made me feel like the most important part of this sale was my total satisfaction. Even the parts and service departments are on board with the dealerships philosophy. Several days after picking up the car, I noticed an air valve cap was missing. The parts department did not have a replacement. The parts manager took the part from a more complete set of parts and told me he would order my part to replace it. Thats service! Dave K. Marek was kind and patient with my parents and I. He was thorough and thoughtful in his explanation and worked within my price parameters. I didn't love the dealer certification, but felt a little compelle thorough and thoughtful in his explanation and worked within my price parameters.
