Hello George. I am not sure you remember but I was in a few weeks ago regarding my 2006 Touraeg. I had the vehicle in for service regarding an issue with water getting under the floor board and then shortc few weeks ago regarding my 2006 Touraeg. I had the vehicle in for service regarding an issue with water getting under the floor board and then shortcircuiting the electrical system. The vehicle was locked in park because of a braking sensor. The repair cost $1,024.79. When I picked up the vehicle the tires were low on air. I asked why a vehicle would be allowed to leave service with tires that were essentially flat. I received an answer that the tech must not have checked that. It seems that this is just an excuse. There was less than 10 PSI in each of the tires. I was talking to the shop technician (Jose?) and he asked how many miles I had on the vehicle. I told him appx 139K. He asked if I had the timing belt replaced because it should have been done close to 100K. I told him that I had not and he advised that I speak with your department to get an idea of how much it will cost and to schedule it. I asked for a quote when I was there and could not get a firm answer. I called the following Tuesday and spoke with someone in service and they would price it up and get back to me. NO return call. I left a voice mail on your line and never received a return call. What kind of service are you guys offering here? I am a service contractor and believe me, if I pulled this garbage we would not be in business. I will never recommend anyone to your company. More
The staff is arrogant. Our sales person could have cared less about us. We did not receive a fair value for the trade in and would not have taken it had we not had a three week old and been sleep deprived. less about us. Upon canceling the unnecessary extended warranty we received conflicting information from the finance staff and had to constantly call to have the cancellation processed and the money returned (even though the third party warranty had already processed the cancellation and sent the corresponding paperwork to the dealership). I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We have previously used City Volkswagen and LOVED the service there. Our next Volkswagen will be from there. More

I went in for a test drive Tim was very patient friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle. He let me drive the vehicle as long as I need it to, he didn't rush me like some places that you visit. The finance guy Gene was extremely patient and a delight to work with, he went over every details and made sure I got the best rate. working with him I didn't feel like I was getting robbed in any way. This is an awesome team even the guys that does the detail work was commited to my satisfatory. I would rate this dealer 100. More

I had a bad experience with Frank and M.J. Hasez ( used car sales manager ) They try to force products on you that you don't need or want (extended warranty) they are very high pressure sales men. How can these people still be in business? On 4 January 2013 I bought a 2001 Jetta from this dealership. The salesman had a sign on his desk stating that it is their policy to give only one key for each c 2013 I bought a 2001 Jetta from this dealership. The salesman had a sign on his desk stating that it is their policy to give only one key for each car, and if a customer wanted a second, he or she had to announce that desire at signing so that the price of the key could be factored into the price of the vehicle. I offered to pay for the second key, but the salesman told me "This car comes with two keys." True to his word, he presented me with two keys, but when I got the car home, I discovered that the extra didn't fit the car. In other words, he had given me the keys to a different car. When I contacted him about the error, he told me he'd have to do some research and talk to management. This began a five-week ordeal of sometimes returning e-mails, sometimes not, ending with a restatement of their policy and a statement that there was nothing he could do. No apology for giving me the wrong key in the first place. No attempt to correct the mistake HE had made. Just a restatement of the dealership's policy. And not only did he refuse to correct his mistake with me, since I have a spare key on my kitchen counter that doesn't fit my car, I know there's another driver out there somewhere who doesn't have his spare key, either. I e-mailed the manager of the dealership, hoping he would intervene on my behalf, but received no reply after two weeks. On March 23, I decided to write this review. I want prospective buyers to ask themselves this question before entering this dealership: if they refused to do the right thing with me over something as minor as a spare key, what will they refuse to do for YOU? More

John our salesman was super friendly and engaging with us during the whole experience. He went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal for our money, and he was out in the snow and cold looking for during the whole experience. We kept him there past close just to get the deal finalized, even afterwards he walked threw all the gadgets on my new car with me and my dad. He truly made the experience for us and we will recommend John to all of our family and friends. It was the best experience our family has had with this location so far and we have now purchased 3 cars threw this dealership. John is doing and amazing job!
