Thorough inspection during 30 day check-up Upon bringing my car for its 30 day check-up, the service manager, Falicha, listened to my concerns and provided tips for maintaining my vehicle. She even personally removed the gummy residue that had been left on the door as I feared removing it myself so as not to damage the finish. She also thoroughly looked over the exterior of my vehicle.
