It was handled professionally. I was able to pull my car in immediately & have the service person take care of me right away. My appointment was at 8:00 & I was out of there by 8. I was asked for contact information & soon after getting home received a message as to how to contact the service area to get updates on my car. Upon my return, my car was pulled into the Bay Area as it was raining & I needed to be shown how to use the auto start, which was a very nice gesture.
