Very attentive to time waiting in a confortable environment. I had an appointment at 10;30am. I came in and immediately I was approach by Paul. Paul directed me to the waiting room, the waiting room was clean a I had an appointment at 10;30am. I came in and immediately I was approach by Paul. Paul directed me to the waiting room, the waiting room was clean and very comfortable. The TV had an educational program about Nature and Earth instead the usual sports, or news. Paul kept me informed of the observations and service progress. Due to previous experience at other car service companies, I expected to be there at least a two-three hrs. so I brought my lap top to do some work for my job which I did not mind because as I said above, the waiting room was very comfortable and had counter with snacks and coffee. I was there for less than 1hr, and to my last surprise, Paul did not send me to the cashier to pay, he actually took care of the payment as well. Very impressive! More
Service Beyond My Expectations I came to the dealership with concrete caked on the underside of my car. My car shaked when going above 50 mph. Previously Firestone refused to do anything with the car other than put it up in the air. The dealership washed the car, hand-washed the wheel well that was causing the car to shake and road-tested it at high speeds. Previously I had been quoted a $140 charge for diagnosis. I was shocked when Paul told me there was no charge. Paul explained the dealership just wanted to treat me right. They did indeed. Their service went well beyond my expectations. More

Within 40 m I brought my 2015 Subaru Forester to this dealership late Friday afternoon because the left-rear tire had been losing 6 to 7 psi per week. Within 40 minutes, they had identified the small nail causing the problem, had repaired the tire, and had returned my vehicle to me. Autobarn Subaru provides road-hazard coverage because I had had service done there a few months ago. As a result, there was no charge for repair of this tire. That is excellent service. More
