Excellent I was at another dealership with a nail in the side wall of a tire. I told them that I just recently had this problem and bought a new tire. This deal I was at another dealership with a nail in the side wall of a tire. I told them that I just recently had this problem and bought a new tire. This dealer called Francisco to find out which tire and was to see if it is the same tire and might be under warranty. Unfortunately for me, it was a different tire. However, Francisco called me back and said that because I serviced my VW at their dealership before, I had a $100 credit and can use it for this unfortunate event and save money. I dropped everything at the other dealer and came to Francisco. This was awesome customer service when employee got way beyond of his duties. I was very pleased and really appreciated Francisco thoughtfulness!!! More

Tire problem resulting in four new tires Nick Sydor, mechanic checked left rear tire and found a nail located in the outer tread. Nick advised that tire cannot be repaired and should be replaced. Dale Rowden, Service Advisor recommended replacement tires the same brand and model that was delivered on the car. Dale quoted a price that included a discount because I have the car serviced at Autobarn since new, 2012. Even though the other three tires had good service life I replaced all four because of the fair price Dale quoted. Nick Sydor replaced all for tires and tire valves and balanced four tires. Nick is very good mechanic and I always request Nick service the car since 2012. Tom Fennewald, Service Director explained to me the Subaru's Tire Road Hazard Program 24-month coverage and gave the pamphlet to keep in the car. Falica Newton, Service Advisor completed the invoice Continental tire Redemption Form that allowed me to apply for $100 prepaid Mastercard. They seem to try to help me save money, like yesterday when Francisco offered me a cupon from a cupon book that someone else had left him :) They all treat me very nice and try to help me better understand what’s going on with my car.
