Very good service I went in for oil change. My advisor listened to the issues I have had with tire pressure warning and eyesight being turned off automatically in cold I went in for oil change. The service writer Falicha Newton selected a modest service appropriate for our Forester's mileage. Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation was longer than expected. The customer waiting area was noisy but the public seems to like a TV blaring. I used the Kids' Corner which was less noisy. The Forester was returned to us impeccably washed and dried! We will use your service again. More

When I returned at the end of the day to pick up my car he was right there and showed me to the cashier. Then he brought my car into the garage so he could show me where the damage was. ser Ice is excellent? I brought in my Passt for several issues, Scott explained what had to be done and why. He offered a car for my to use while they worked on it. The car was a Jetta, and was clean and ran great. I picked up my car the next evening and again Scott took care of me. It was very cold that evening and I discovered in the morning that my washer pump wasnt working (they had replaced it the day before). Scott took care of that when I returned the next day.
