This is far from the norm from most dealership service departments. I left the waiting area to get a bite to eat. I was called about an hour later and was told my vehicle was already diagnosed and repaired. This was probably the easiest visit to a service department I've ever experienced. After this and another positive experience with another vehicle, they've earned my repeat business. More
