During my regular oil change appointment, they let me know it was time for a two more things to be done, which would take 2 hours to complete. I was given an estimate of costs at the time and scheduled when I could come back in to get the work done. I did check my manual at home, and it noted the two processes as well. Josh explained everything that was done. He also arranged to have Miguel bring me back home, for the 2 hour wait, and pick me back up when the car was ready. Thank you! More

60000 Mile Service for 2015 Forester I scheduled my Forester for a 60000 mile service. It is a major service with high complexity and long down-time required. I phoned for an appointment I scheduled my Forester for a 60000 mile service. It is a major service with high complexity and long down-time required. I phoned for an appointment and Dale picked up immediately. I explained my needs and he pulled up my service records. Dale walked me through the components of the service efficiently and thoroughly over the phone. He was able to schedule me for the same day - at my request. He told me approximately how long the service would take, as well as an approximate cost, and offered me a ride home or a loaner car. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately. Dale completed the paper work for intake and the loaner car in a matter of minutes...and I was on my way with a loaner, a beautiful new Outback. Dale kept me informed of the progress of the service and gave me a number to text if I had questions. When I had questions, Dale responded immediately. Since the service was completed late in the day (as scheduled) Dale offered to allow me to pick up my car and return the loaner the next day....which I did. The next day, when I returned, the car was ready, washed, and the paperwork was ready. My experience in a nutshell...WOW More

Wish I Could Give More Than Five Stars Recently widowed, this was the first time I had to deal with getting service for the car. Sam the Service Adviser was very understanding and provided excellent customer service. He carefully explained what work would be done, why and how much it would cost, making me feel comfortable about coming in for the servicing. All went as explained AND the car got washed. I wasn't expecting that. Granted I didn't know what to expect but I didn't expect such a over-the-top positive experience. To put the icing on the cake, Sam also showed me how to select the screen I'd lost when the battery had to replaced last month. He even thought ahead and set the clock for Daylight Savings Times, coming up in two days. More
