Generally good experience. Asked for synthetic oil change as part of a 120,000 mile service and did not receive synthetic oil. When I went to pick the car up, only 1 service adv Asked for synthetic oil change as part of a 120,000 mile service and did not receive synthetic oil. When I went to pick the car up, only 1 service advisor was helping customers and three of us were waiting to be taken care of. Finally made it to the cashier who was not there. She showed up 10 minutes later to take care of payment for me and another customer. Not excellent this time around. More
