Generally good experience. Asked for synthetic oil change as part of a 120,000 mile service and did not receive synthetic oil. When I went to pick the car up, only 1 service adv Asked for synthetic oil change as part of a 120,000 mile service and did not receive synthetic oil. When I went to pick the car up, only 1 service advisor was helping customers and three of us were waiting to be taken care of. Finally made it to the cashier who was not there. She showed up 10 minutes later to take care of payment for me and another customer. Not excellent this time around. More

Trustworthy service, long wait I receive very good service at the Autobarn Subaru service department, however, a routine oil change with tire rotation regularly takes over an hour, I receive very good service at the Autobarn Subaru service department, however, a routine oil change with tire rotation regularly takes over an hour, close to 90 minutes, and I always have an appointment. More
Great patience by Sam Had a terrible experience scheduling the two cars and explains a lot that they (scheduling) are not there anymore. They scheduled our Forrester and Cr Had a terrible experience scheduling the two cars and explains a lot that they (scheduling) are not there anymore. They scheduled our Forrester and Crosstrek for noon appt's that should take about an hour (according to the scheduling woman) and we got there and it was obvious that wasn't possible so we just had the Crosstrek serviced and left the Forrester to pick up the next day since they were swamped and the scheduling had been done badly. Sam was very patient and cool and despite the bad scheduling made it a good experience. This was honestly the first issue we've ever had with purchasing or service so I'm sure now that the scheduling person is gone, that will remedy itself with someone who knows what they are doing. We've always been nothing but happy with this dealership. More
