My 2015 Outback was making a strange noise while moving. Was able to set up same day appointment to have Mechanic Mike go for drive with me. In less than a mile, Mike was able to diagnose the problem as rea Was able to set up same day appointment to have Mechanic Mike go for drive with me. In less than a mile, Mike was able to diagnose the problem as rear axle bearings. It needed both side replaced. Couple of hours later I was on my way. Best part was the repair was covered by the extended warranty we had purchased. Thanks for a great experience. More

Having called ahead for an appoint The service personnel provide excellent service for our 2017 Subaru Outback. My only issue is the check in process. Having called ahead for an appointment and showing up at the agreed upon time, there were only two personnel to attend to everyone coming in for service, hence I had to wait awhile before anyone acknowledged I was there and begin the check in process. I've not had this experience with other dealerships. I would have rated them 5 starts if the check in was more attentive. That being said, I will continue to bring our car in here for service. The mechanics are knowledgeable and take care in doing their work. More
