I have been in this Subaru dealer for a 3 oil changes now and so far everything is great. All the service representatives I had were very nice and straightfoward about the car's need, and attention to the cu and so far everything is great. This was my first service appointment with Subaru Autobarn of Countryside and a great experience. Josh, my service advisor listened to the issues I was having with my 2020 Crosstrek and we agreed on Autobarn of Countryside and a great experience. The rep who worked in the service port, Ryan, was so incredibly nice and helpful. At one point Ryan stepped out to help another customer. While I was waiting, another staffer walked in and was trash tal incredibly nice and helpful. At one point Ryan stepped out to help another customer. I don't know any of these people but Ryan deserves better....and this other person shouldn't trash talk their co-workers in front of customers. Team Ryan!!!!!! More
