The customer service level is quite high in every department from sales to service. I am very happy with my 2019 Subaru Forrester. The service department is the most courteous and efficient I've ever experienced...no frustration or excessive wait times here. Complimentary car wash with each visit. A breath of fresh air by each employee I've encountered. I've recommended Autobarn Subaru to 2 friends over the past year. One purchased a used Impreza last year and my neighbor friend just picked up her new Crosstrek this week! Autobarn makes car buying and service visits a whole new experience. It took 3 weeks to make an appointment to change my tires. I arrived 1 hour and a half early and they started early.My appointment was for Noon so I was happy. The staff is very nice.
