Came in to buy a used Nisson Altima 2.5s. Signed the papers for Certified Warranty which provided me with the 1.9% financing they offered. The next day I chose to retract the financing and pay for the papers for Certified Warranty which provided me with the 1.9% financing they offered. The next day I chose to retract the financing and pay for the car in full. There was some disagreement if this could be done. And though I did not have possession of the car (leather seats were being added) I could not understand why this would even be an issue. Mr. Kadric stepped in and told me he would take care of the matter. 4 days later I received a call stating I could re-do the paper work and purchase the car without the Certified Warranty and negate the financing. After Mr. Kadric stepped in it was very easy. They extended with financing to me without the CW after the fact. Though I declined, it was a very nice gesture. More

The first experience I had with Autobarn was less than desirable. HOWEVER, after this website made them aware of their shortfalls, the dealer worked hard to come to an agreement, and correct the problems! desirable. It wasn't an easy journey, however, I would say they tried hard to please and earn my business.... The cheesy car salesmen pitch was dropped, and they really put 100% into making sure I was ok with the purchase... All in all, I have to say I am happy with how this deal ended. I hope the management works hard to keep their employees up do date on their products and offers, and treat every customer with respect and understanding. I am very pleased with my new car, and they beat other dealerships with their price. I will return to Autobarn and give them more business, and also recommend them to others... If I have one negative to say, is they need to get a new air freshener smell....the one they use is nasty. I have been a 25+ year customer of Wickstrom, but will never buy a car from them again, and will bring my business here. Thanks! To any future customer who takes the time to read this...if the offer isn't right, Mike Lawless will bend over backwards to see that you are satisfied (well, as satisfied as buying a car can be....) Bottom line.... If my opinion can be turned around, this place has to be good! More

From the moment you walk into this dealership you are treated like a customer. I purchased my 2012 Rogue from AutobarnNissan and I was shock at how wonderful it was to be buying a car. They made it eas treated like a customer. I purchased my 2012 Rogue from AutobarnNissan and I was shock at how wonderful it was to be buying a car. They made it easy and fun. My sales guy was Bruce. He was beyond great! He made me feel comfortable and he was professional. I knew the color and model but Bruce still let me test drive every different model just to make sure I got what I wanted, not what he had in stock. After test driving I was greeted by the Manager Hitko. He is not your typical “hard line how do I get you to leave with this car now” Sales manager. He was genuine, honest, and fair. I was given no run around the numbers; Hitko did not play any types of “sales” games. When I informed Bruce and Hitko I don’t make a decision without my BFF/Wife, both agreed that was a good decision which was refreshing! My wife and I came back and were surprised at how fast we were able to drive our new Rouge home. The financing part was no problem either. Tony walked us through everything and allowed us to ask any and all questions without making us feel stupid. IF YOU NEED A NEW VEHICLE GO TO AUTOBARNNISSAN!! They will treat you right!!!!! I called the dealership service department to schedule an oil change and a seatbelt repair for my car. I was told I could bring it right in to the dealership because there was plenty of availability. At the service bay, I was politely welcomed by the service writer and assured the repairs would be completed within an hour. Strike 1: Fifteen minutes later, I received a phone call telling me the service department was too busy. Only the oil change could be completed. I'd have to come back for the seatbelt repair. This service appointment was my first introduction to the dealership, so I don't understand why the folks there took this approach. I guess they take my business for granted -- an odd strategy given the number of Nissan dealerships in the vicinity. The oil change appears to have been completed correctly, though I should note the service writer attempted to charge me for the oil change even though I'd purchased a two-year contract from Nissan to cover scheduled oil changes. Strike 2? I'll write an update when the seatbelt repair is completed. More
