Very Poor Buying Experience Traveled 2 hours to go there to look at/purchase specific used car. Called ahead & spoke to sales manager. I'm 67 years old, knew what I wanted & agreed that advertised price was good. Only open question was value of trade in. After 20 minute wait, they assigned very young salesman. Car was fine...so wished to make transaction. Went thru the very tiring dance of running down hall to see the boss several times. They low-balled trade value & wouldn't move much....but most maddening was their insistence I pay $989 for a special "acid rain protective clear coat" they claim to have applied...and an "anti-theft etching of VIN #" that was supposed to lower my insurance premium. When salesman was on one of his visits to his boss I called my State Farm agent who said the latter was bogus. This plus nearly $500 in fees for title application & paperwork. Can't imagine they get away with this MICKEY MOUSE GAME PLAYING....especially with a mature buyer. Left very disappointed & frustrated that I wasted a day with these people. Had it not been for their under-handed approach I might have been more willing to deal, but I got put off by the whole experience. More

Pushy Liars We knew exactly what we were looking for, and this dealership had what we wanted at a good price. The test drive was fine- he did a good job of selling the car. Once we sat down to do the deal, the first offer they came back with had $700 for VIN etching, which was "mandatory" because they had already done it. If it was "mandatory", then they are legally required to include that in the advertised price. Also, everyone knows that the VIN etching costs 50 bucks at most. I had to refuse the extended warranties 3 different times with the salesman, and 1 additional time with the finance guy. Only after my 3rd refusal of the extended warranty did he mention the remaining time left on the manufacturers warranty. Too pushy. They then offered a ridiculous low price on my trade in (which needed some mechanical work). When I decided to walk on it and sell it myself - the salesperson asked me if I was afraid of lemon laws. Are you serious? There are no lemon laws for used cars in Illinois. Ultimately, we got out of there with the car at the right price, without any of the xx- but they push way too hard with the warranties and the scams. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. To anyone from the dealership responding - I want absolutely nothing from you. Read this review at your next sales meeting and think about changing everything about the way you do business. More

Worst Customer Service Miki Kadric is very disrespectful. He is very unhelpful and yells at a lady. I am extremely disgusted with his attitude.
