I had very specific requirements and I knew what I wanted, and because of my previous experiences, I thought that I had to compromise some of them and downgrade my desired vehicle's model. Well, thanks to Henry Dzafic and his manager, I got an upgraded version of what I wanted with a cost that fitted my budget. The vehicle was not in their inventory, neither in that of any dealership in the area, so he drove over 400 miles to get it, going above and beyond to satisfy his customer. He definitely exceeded my expectations, and I will be always grateful. Thank you Henry and Autobarn Nissan of Evanston! More

The reason I keep going back is the service Bruce Wittmeyer gives me and my family. The dealership is not the closest Nissan dealer near me. Bruce has given me "white glove" service for my last two new car purchases by delivering the car to my home to allow me to test drive it. My driveway and garage are now full of Nissans. My service appointment experience I made a service appointment for Nov. 17 AM and arrived on time. I was greeted by Josh Gotangco and asked what my service needs are. I explained and h I made a service appointment for Nov. 17 AM and arrived on time. I was greeted by Josh Gotangco and asked what my service needs are. I explained and he said he would check it out and to wait in the lounge area until he returns. Josh arrived later and explained the service areas that need attention in great detail. He also explained that certain parts would have to be ordered and the repair could take a couple of days. I agreed to the necessary repairs if I could be provided a loaner car. Josh saecured me with a loaner car and said he would call me on the repair status. The next day in the afternoon Josh called and said my car is repaired and ready. When the sale was complete, Martin Deszak was very helpful and knowledgeable about customizing the electronic features such as Bluetooth and handsfree for me.
