Unhelpful dealership! Was interested in a 2018 Nissan Sentra. I am out of state. Spoke to two Managers. Either one would explain the interest, price, taxes fees, etc ALL to Was interested in a 2018 Nissan Sentra. I am out of state. Spoke to two Managers. Either one would explain the interest, price, taxes fees, etc ALL together. Mr. Mustafa, tried to get me to figure the total interest out over the term of the loan!!! Also, he tried to add 1,195 dollars of accessories to the deal. Which after I asked was a GPS security device, a 300 dollar processing fee, and out of state shipping charge. He said you could remove the device but I would still have to pay for it. He said they add this device to all there cars. Bottom line very unhelpful dealership. It took them day's to get back to me. And they never did answer all my questions. If they would have answered my questions, and not added there security device. I would have purchased the car. More

YOU CANT FIND THAT TYPE OF SERVICE ANYWERE ELSE . IM GLAD THAT THERE ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND BRYANT IS AMAZING . HE EXPLAINED STEP BY STEP AND WAS VERY KIND MORE LIKE A FRIEND . I WOULD ALSO GIVE THANKS TO SALES FOR BEING AMAZING AND LETTING US VEIW THE CARS WITHOUT FOLLOWING US . Found the Perfect Car Monica Jucan was assigned to us as our sales consultant. I don't think we could have asked for a better representative to help us through the process. Monica Jucan was assigned to us as our sales consultant. I don't think we could have asked for a better representative to help us through the process. She was very engaging and forthright about what she could do for us to include extended warranties and offers for our new car. Her follow up has been great to include several phone calls to ensure we were happy with our purchase and to see if there was anything else she could help us with. She has even gone above and beyond to send back our tollway iPass that we left in our trade in. Outstanding!! More
Terrible experience We bought a used car from this dealership. The staff (Monica Jucan and Leo Ornelas) assured us that the vehicle was safe and that there were no problems with the vehicle. Furthermore, they told us that the title would me mailed to us shortly. We are still waiting for the title after almost 4 weeks!!!! A couple days after driving the car, the engine light came on and the car would not accelerate beyond 20 miles per hour. We took the car to a mechanic and he told us that the car has multiple problems and that the computer has been tampered with. The car will not even pass a safety inspection; although they claimed the dealer checked the car prior to sale. We have tried contacting Leo Ornelas and Monica, but our calls are always directed to voicemail. They have corresponded with us via email, but they have not been very helpful resolving the issues. Please avoid this dealership and the staff (i.e. Leo Ornelas and Monica Jucan). More
