I originally wanted to trade in my Nissan Versa for a new one but they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. Marco showed me the Nissan Kicks instead and I loved all the tech features and extra trunk space. I ended up buying it that day! My only complaint is that I was waiting for 2 HOURS just to talk to the financing person at the end of the process. I felt that was way too long and there wasn't anyone giving me updates on when it would be my turn. I was hungry because I missed dinner which didn't help. They didn't apologize for the long wait or give me anything to make up for the long wait. Their Customer Service and communication could have been better for that situation. More

I know it sounds silly, but if someone makes an appointment for something you recommend shouldn't you be prepared? Manager lied when he told me the car was on a test drive. I knew he was just buying time, Then the excuse of mechanic working on two cars at once and the didn't have the part. Come on! First car there at 7 am. Easy stuff. Quoted 2 hours. Waited three to call. Ended being 5. More

They were especially understanding when we hit a pothole after purchasing the car and returned in 30 minutes with a busted tire. I knew the exact vehicle, I had a check for a 30 - 50% down payment, and I had financing in place. I was there for an expedient experience. The time spent in negotiations and processing was painful and unexpected. Customers deserve a warning in advance to understand the time commitment involved. I arrived around 2:30 pm and didn’t leave until practically 10:00 pm. my drive one way is 1.5 hours. I also have the impression (after hearing comments from staff) that this is not an uncommon occurrence. More

I called to complain and instead of even humoring me or providing good customer service the guy completely blamed construction or some other issue that has nothing to do with them. I actually told him I was just calling to lodge a complaint and he could have just heard me out but instead argued with me. I don’t think that is a way to deal with customers. Chris was not the person I dealt with on the phone. He was great the entire time and worked to save me time and money. More
