Great Service I've been going to Autobarn since I bought my car on the sales side. Always had Don take care of my car. He knew me by my first name and knew my car I've been going to Autobarn since I bought my car on the sales side. Always had Don take care of my car. He knew me by my first name and knew my car. Some time ago I heard that due to health reason he had to retire. Lucky for me I met Chris and he has filled the void of that trusted service tech who can explain things and ensure that work is done quickly. Many people say that dealer charges higher for service, yes it is a bit higher but at least I don't have to worry about the parts I am getting and if the work is done properly. They tell me what needs to be done and it is my decision to whether to do it or not. If I have a question I just ask Chris and he explains it so I can better understand the service they are recommending. More

Poorly ran, scammers/Won't honor their online deal I bought a slightly used Mitsubishi Outlander from this dealership, after multiple calls, emails and text messages when I showed up they had the wrong I bought a slightly used Mitsubishi Outlander from this dealership, after multiple calls, emails and text messages when I showed up they had the wrong car pulled up. I gave them a pre approval from my lander with my offer etc. There were a lot of issues with the transaction, they would not honor the price shown on their website and forced us to pay $800 for some GPS device. There were also scratches on the car with only 800 miles and they tried to touch them up (Terribly) after promising they will fix them. They tried to get us to sign a some blank forms by lying that they just wants to confirm that the have the correct VIN# of the car. I have bought dozens of cars and know that is shady way for dealers to avoid liability for anything. I was in a hurry as I needed a car to start a new job 1000 miles away in 3 days; otherwise I would have not bought the car from them at all. Save your money and do NOT buy anything from these scammers. More
Painful The entire process was painful. The sales person could not answer questions about how the lease financing calculations worked. He kept leaving the r The entire process was painful. The sales person could not answer questions about how the lease financing calculations worked. He kept leaving the room for long periods of time to do what should be available on his computer. The Financing person was super nice but it took FOREVER. Everyone kept saying...15 more minutes. I think the entire process took 5 hours and we did not even need to test drive the car. The most informed person was the guy that showed my daughter the functions of the car. Also, there were no floor mats in the car and they almost let us leave with out them even though we paid for them. Also, the Financing Guy, although he admited he was new to the financing department, when I asked questions about the contracts, he said that he didn;t know because HE NEVER READ THEM and didn't know what they said. There was a lot of trying to brush off questions and rush us through the process when it came time for us to read the document to sign, but they took forever to do anything. Also, the sales person did not tell us about the fee to return the car if we did not lease another car and then it was on the financing statement. When I asked what it was, the financning guy just kept saying it was "standard" and I "should knpw about that". How would I know about that???? So unprofessional. I would have left if I had not spent so much time there already. Not a nice way to operate. More
